How to Stay Healthy
As we all know, healthy is very important to everybody.But do you really know how to stay healthy? Here are some useful tips. First, we should do exercise if we have time.For example, we can go to swim in the summer holiday. Or we can take a walk after supper.Doing exercise makes us healthy and strong. Second, we should take more vegetables and fruit and less candies. Stop eating junk food and drinking beers. Last but not least, we should go to bed early and wake up early. We should have enough sleep, or we will get sleepy in the day time. If we pay more attention to the tips above, we will have healthier body. I wish everybody has a strong and healthy body.
我們都知道,健康對每個人來說都很重要。但是你知道該如何保持健康嗎? 這里有一些實用的建議。首先,我們應該做運動,如果有時間的話。例如,我們可以在暑假的時候去游泳,或者晚飯后去散步。做運動讓我們的身體更強壯更健康。第二,我們應該吃更多的蔬菜和水果,少吃糖果。不吃垃圾食品和啤酒。最后,我們應該早睡早起。如果睡不夠,第二天就會很疲倦。如果我們都能按照以上的建議注意自己的健康,我們的身體會更棒。我希望每個人都有個強壯和健康的`身體。

Healthy Diet
There are many people who think that wealth is better than health. I used to
think so until one day I read a story about Howard Hughes. He was an American
billionaire who got anything he wanted. However, in the last twenty years of his life, his health began to deteriorate and he was miserable. He had the best doctors and nurses. However, he could still find no relief. I realized that health is worth all the money in the world. If you have millions of dollars but your health is poor, you will not be able to do what you want to do. So I would like to say don’t hurt yourself trying to make money instead of taking care of your body and be happy with what you do have. Health is more important.
So I think heath is very important. People can do nothing if they are always in poor health, let alone happiness. No matter we are rich or not, we can not ignore the importance of health.
Today,many people can't be in good health,So,how to keep healthy is very important. I'll say something about food and health. More and more people are realizing the importance of good health. But how to keep fit? In my opinion, a
healthy diet is very important for your health. Do you know what a healthy diet is? Firstly, you should have a balanced diet. You may not like eating vegetables. You think they are not so delicious. But vegetables have a lot of nutrition. They are very good for your health. Secondly, you’d better eat regular meals. You need to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day. Regular meals throughout the day give you enough energy to carry out your daily activities. Never skip breakfast. It is the most important meal of the day. Eat bigger meals earlier in the day. Don't have a big dinner. Thirdly, most of you like eating snacks. They may affect your appetite. Besides, too many snacks make you fat.
In a word, if you want to be healthy, you should keep a healthy diet. It is time for us to do something now, I think. That is, we should eat the right kinds of food,
and do not eat any of the unhealthy food! Let us do it right away to keep health! Let's do it instead of talking about it. That's all I want to say to you

Today my topic is that the benefits of exercise to the young and old .As we all know ,there is a proverb written by Chairman Mao that is “Civilize your mind brutalize your body ”.Thus ,it can be seen do exercise is good for your body. My dear friends .You are feeling strong and well .Your eyes are bright ; Your face is clean ;Your feel happy and ready for anything ;You enjoy your work and life ;You are in good health.
Exercise is one of the forms to keep our body in good health. Exercise trains the muscles and makes them stronger .
Just as exercise strenghthens the heart and lung ,bones and muscles , it may also power up the brain .A succession of scientific studies implies that physical activity has a positive effect on mental functioning .
In older people ,an exercise program appears important for brain maintenance. Young brain prower through exercise .According to the proposals of some exercise ,the regular exercise can improve the speed with which the brain processes information .Cnosequently, the brains of people who exercise may be better equipped to tackle
mental challenges.
Let us take part in exercise .The earlier, the better!

First, I show you some pictures about drinking.
Ok , there are some key words which can help you understand. Then, let’s listen a report about alcohol.
As we all listen, it reports that the biggest costs of excessive alcohol come from almost of work productivity. In my opinion, whether alcohol have advantages depends on how much they drink. It is conducive to sleep with moderating in drinking if you have a bad sleep. Also, it is beneficial to health of stomach.
On the contrary , excessive drinking can lead to alcohol liver cirrhosis, even lose the ability of self-contral and consciousness. Seriously, it can imperil one’s life.
So I warn all of you not to drink too much, especially boys.
