不聽班長的話

一名11歲的小姑娘，被以班長為首的三個同學幾次施以拔頭發的“懲戒”，滿頭烏發差點被拔光，致使小姑娘有些地方的頭發已無法長出，經河北省法醫門診鑒定為九級傷殘。而小姑娘被拔頭發的原因，居然只是因為她“沒聽班長的話”。

律師認為，施害學生家長應當承擔11歲女孩受到傷害產生的民事責任;青少年問題專家表示，學生的人格教育應該引起學校和家長足夠的重視。

如果你是班長，你就沒有熱和特殊的權利，你的權利是以身作則、率先垂范。有了這一點，這個班長你才能當得舒心，當得有威信，才能真正找到自己的價值。

至于表現不好的同學，應該放下架子，好好談談，哪怕有些和解，都是好事

先分析一下為什么他們不聽你的話,想想自己與他們有什么矛盾,如果有,就想辦法去解決.如果沒有,而且他們還這樣,你就辭職,反正無官一身輕

言而有信.和同學們做朋友.不要有班長的架子..要嚴肅中不失寬松...要有自信.相信自己是最好的班長!

一、 公正，公平 在大一的時候，每當學校有什么活動，如果需要投票選舉的話。如果那位同學票很少的話，我是決不會因為和他關系好或是一個宿舍的而走后門，我會把所有的票都帶到班級去，公開唱票，這對每一位同學來說都是公平的，同時，還可以樹立自己的威信。 二 要有吃苦耐勞，奉獻的精神 作為一名班級的主要干部，可能每天都有班級的事務，我們不要怕苦怕累，要把這些事看成是自己的事，甚至，比自己的事還重要，要把做這些事看成是鍛煉自己的機會，是自己的份內工作。不要每做一件事先想到的是自己能得到什么，如果我們帶著這種思想去工作的話，我們的工作會很乏味，也是很失敗的。有時，我感到疲憊的時候我會經常對自己說：“如果我一個人辛苦而能夠為大家帶來方便，這何樂而不為呢?令我印象最深刻的就是下學期末，我們班級為了競選優秀團支部，需要準備材料，我和我們班的團支書學習委從12月30日中午就開始準備材料，一直到晚上10：30，第二天早上6：00起床一直到中午的12：00才把材料準備好。當我們把材料交的系班的時候，卻因為特殊的原因而被卡住了，當時，我們幾個班委真的好失望，但我們并沒有放棄手中的材料，最后，我們親自把材料交到院團委。很幸運，我們班被評上了優秀團支部，這對我們來說是個驚喜，更是個激勵。
