讓女人吐血的話
大家都喜歡小，沒人喜歡大。
某兩戶鄰居，因停車問題起了口角，男人稱呼女人：“大嬸!”女人氣憤難平，過了好幾個月還耿耿于懷，于是向法院提告。她說她才三十多歲，男人卻以“大嬸”稱呼她，實在太過分了。她認為，大嬸指的是沒知識的鄉下婦女，男人這是“公然侮辱”。
為了一句令人不悅的稱謂告上法院，確實有點小題大作。不過，話說回來，女人對于稱謂的確很敏感，大家都喜歡小，沒人喜歡大。
除非已經老得兩鬢斑白，否則沒有任何女人喜歡被叫“大嬸”、“歐巴桑”，甚至連“大姐”這種稱呼，也不是人人可以叫的。另外，臺灣女人即使已婚，對于“女士”的稱謂也很感冒，感覺這一叫，就被叫老了。
我常逛傳統市場，從市場男性商販對女性的稱謂，就大致能夠判斷這個人到底會不會做生意。會做生意的人，對每個路過的女人皆稱“美女”、“小姐”，除非帶著小孩，否則也不會稱呼人家“太太”。現代社會嘛，可不是每個體態變形的女人，都是人家的太太;不會做生意的人，則動不動就叫人“歐巴桑”。
某次，我還看見一位女性顧客與賣衣服的男人吵了起來，因為男人叫那位看起來不過三十歲多一點的小姐“姨仔”。小姐十分生氣：“我看起來有那么老嗎?你干嘛這樣叫我?”放下衣服，罵了幾句就走了。那男人還在后頭大喊：“喂喂喂，我還沒三十歲，我比你年輕吧 ”
真是活生生的一幕鬧劇。“姨仔”未必是“阿姨”的'意思，但多了個“仔”(發音為“氨)，聽起來語意輕佻。就算是“姐仔”也不可以亂叫，因為這并非莊重說法。
男人常不懂女人心理。不少男人以為基于“禮貌”，對于職場上碰到的女人，應該一律以“姐”相稱才對，我常碰到五、六十歲的男人叫我“淡如姐”，雖然我很明白，這是一種尊敬用語，但心里也會想：“哇，你干嘛裝可愛啊?我可擔當不起這個 姐 字。”
女人寧可被稱為“妹”，也不想當“姐”。
想要當個討女人喜歡的聰明人并不難，第一步就是：對女人的稱謂，寧選小，別選大。有個朋友的小男孩才上小學，一碰到媽媽的朋友，已懂得一律叫“姐姐”了，真是得女人疼，長大之后必是“殺手級”人物。
