　　Job Description

　　1. To maintain web pages and WeChat platform of Student Career Development Section;

　　2. To support career counselling services and manage the Career Information and Consultation Room;

　　3. To assist the Section Head in liaising with different student associations;

　　4. To assist the Section Head in organizing company visits, talks and other projects as necessary;

　　5. To advise the Section Head in new initiatives on student career development related activities as necessary;

　　6. Conduct data analysis and prepare reports of activities of FPECO;

　　7. Support other FPECO sections when necessary;

　　8. Undertake other tasks and responsibilities as may reasonably be required.

　　Job Requirement

　　1. A bachelor degree or higher in English, IT, Media, HR or related disciplines;

　　2. One year relevant work experience is preferred;

　　3. Proficient in English (spoken & written);

　　4. Proficient computer skills (e.g. Microsoft/Wechat platform/webpage design);

　　5. Friendly and outgoing, excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills with strong team work spirit;

　　6. Willing to work overtime and meet tight deadline;

　　7. A good command of Photoshop skills would be an advantage.

　　8. Ability to work both independently and function as a good team player;

　　9. Responsible, trustworthy and service oriented with attention to details and accuracy.
