this request for expressions of interest is published and issued for domestic manufactures or suppliers, following business opportunity on auto-transformers from vietnam searched by our company.

2. 本興趣函誠邀具有國際供貨業績，并致力于開拓特定國際市場，有著完善的售后服務體系，并愿意與合作方建立長期戰略合作關系的，國內知名專業機械設備制造商或供貨商。

this letter invites any manufacturer and/or supplier, with international supply experiences, comprehensive after-sale systems, who intends to establish a long-term strategic partnership with us and develop an specific international market.

3. 本項目將要采購的合同包括：請參見附件1：合同包數據表。

4．制造商或供貨商的設備制造商或供貨商資質要求：請參見附件2：資質要求表。

5．我公司現以公告方式誠邀合格的設備制造商或供貨商應答。感興趣的公司應用中英文提供相關信息，證明自己有能力承擔本項目（公司簡介、類似合同業績介紹及客戶證明文件、exw/cip產品報價、報價組成、價格有效期、生產周期、付款條件、國內外運輸保險、檢驗檢測、質量保證、售后服務、技術手冊、主要銷售和售后服務人員名單及簡歷等）。設備制造商或供貨商應表明是否愿意合作組成聯合體以增強各自的資歷。

lot1.1:at least 5 years of experience in the supply of auto-transformer with a voltage rating of 220kv(or above);have at least two contracts from 2015-2015 with a value of at least 30 billions vnd or equivalent to 1.8 million usd for contract supply of auto-transformer. bidders should have an average annual turnover over the last three years (2015-2015) of at least us$ 5.4 million or 90 billion vnd

變壓器：至少5年的220kv及以上變壓器供貨經驗；

2015-2015年，至少有2個供貨合同，且每個合同金額不少于180萬美元；

2015-2015年，年均營業額至少540萬美元

lot1.2：bidders are required to have at least 5 years of experience in the supply of primary equipment and materials with a voltage rating of 110 kv(or above); have at least two contracts from 2015-2015 with a value of at least 5 billion vnd or equivalent to 300,000 usd for contract supply of primary equipment and materials. bidders should have an average annual turnover over the last three years (2015-2015) of at least us$1.5 million or equivalent to 25 billion vnd.

大興區2015-2015年度辦公設備補招項目(視頻會議系統及視頻監控設備、衛星導航設備)定點供應商授權/確認工作已開始，按照“市、區資源共享”的原則，我區擬使用北京市市級招標結果。有意成為大興區政府采購定點供貨商，并自愿遵守大興區《框架協議》的'中標商，請按以下要求辦理大興區協議供貨事宜：

1、北京市中標的各品牌的供貨服務商，本著自愿的原則，可自動成為昌平區的協議供貨商。
